PharmcareUSA is hiring an experienced pharmacy technician to serve as a Shift Lead in a long-term care pharmacy. The role involves training and leading technician and clerk teams, assisting with prescription filling and dispensing, IV compounding, medication delivery, customer assistance, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. Candidates must be certified as pharmacy technicians in the state where they will work, available for full-time work including weekends, and able to perform the physical demands of the pharmacy environment.
