Insomnia Cookies is hiring a part-time Shift Leader for its Downtown Memphis bakery. The role leads bakery shifts, oversees customer service and product quality, delegates baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning tasks, supports and coaches team members, monitors production and store operations, handles cash and deposits, and follows food-safety practices. Candidates need at least one year of customer-service experience, point-of-sale experience, strong communication and time-management skills, leadership ability, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
