Description
The Shift Leader oversees production operations in a medical device manufacturing environment, including training associates, assigning work, verifying raw materials and production documentation, maintaining manufacturing specifications and quality standards, monitoring equipment and environmental conditions, maintaining inventory and housekeeping, and entering production data into SAP. The role requires an associate degree, 2–5 years of manufacturing equipment experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, leadership ability, and preferably bilingual Spanish and English skills.
