Description
BD is hiring a Shift Leader to lead and coordinate manufacturing operations during assigned shifts for medical device production. The role supervises production associates and team leads, ensures compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO 13485, and BD quality requirements, monitors safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics, supports investigations and continuous improvement, and drives operational excellence. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and candidates need at least three years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FDA/GMP-regulated environment.
