Description
BD is hiring a Manufacturing Shift Leader to lead and coordinate production operations during assigned shifts, supervise production associates and team leads, and ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of medical devices. The role covers safety and regulatory compliance, production planning and performance monitoring, staffing, shift handoffs, quality investigations, CAPAs, audits, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and employee development. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and candidates need at least three years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FDA/GMP-regulated environment.
