Description
The Shift Leader oversees Autoliv production areas, ensuring adherence to standards, quality, safety, SQDCM targets, and continuous improvement. The role plans and coordinates resources, adjusts production planning, manages shift handovers, resolves escalated issues, supports 8D complaint analysis, trains AMTs, and leads by example. Candidates need a vocational or technical degree, problem-solving and Lean manufacturing knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, and at least four years of manufacturing experience, including two years in a Gemba leadership role.
