Description
The Production Supervisor will oversee production activities and resources, ensure compliance with safety, quality, OSHA, and Good Manufacturing Practices requirements, monitor work-in-progress and material usage, prepare production reports, lead process-improvement and product-line-expansion projects, and maintain 5S and Lean Manufacturing standards. The role requires a bachelor's degree with at least two years of manufacturing supervisory experience or a relevant diploma, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. It is a one-year fixed-term contract based in Bard Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia.
