The role is responsible for daily production and process planning, improving operator skills, monitoring B.O.P. specifications and deviations, reviewing and signing off reports and DHRs, training line leaders, maintaining communication and good housekeeping, and upholding Good Manufacturing Practices and company quality and business-ethics policies.
