Description

Bojangles is looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals to lead shifts at various locations, including Charleston, SC, North Charleston, SC, Cain Bay, SC, and Ravenel. The shift leader will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, maintain quality and safety standards, manage inventory, train new team members, and address guest concerns. Some roles may require completing Bojangles University training.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Prior experience in food service or hospitality.
Experience with restaurant management in the QSR industry, including P&L, food cost, and labor management.
Preferred Qualifications: Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience.
At least 18 years of age (some positions specify 16 years old).
Dependable and reliable, able to work with a sense of urgency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
