KFC is hiring a Shift Leader to lead a team of approximately 7 to 25 employees on the restaurant floor, coordinate opening and closing shifts, monitor performance, support management, maintain safety and quality, and coach team members. The role requires strong leadership, communication, guest-experience and sales improvement, and knowledge of profit and loss, cost management, and HR processes.
