Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2-3 years of leadership experience in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Professional experience in a comparable leadership position, such as a shift leader.
Ability to communicate clearly and understandably with various levels of the organization and convey decisions transparently.
Knowledge of operating machinery and production processes, ideally in a laundry or comparable industrial sector.
A team-oriented, hands-on personality who actively participates on the shop floor and provides coaching.
Willingness to work shifts, particularly early or late ones, and occasional weekend work, according to production needs.
