ByPies II LLC, the franchisee that owns and operates Domino's in North Ogden, is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant shifts, staff, customer service, product quality, cash and inventory operations, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. The role also performs hands-on restaurant tasks such as taking orders, processing payments, preparing products, stocking ingredients, cleaning equipment, operating tools, and potentially delivering products. A valid Food Handler Permit, driver's license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle are required; prior experience is helpful but not mandatory.
