AMNJ Ent Inc, a locally owned and family-operated Domino's Pizza franchise, is hiring Shift Leaders to run store operations, lead team members, maintain customer service and product quality standards, manage costs, staff the store, and help develop the team in a fast-paced environment. The role includes preparing menu items, stocking ingredients, handling customer interactions, cleaning and sanitation, and, when needed, making deliveries. The position is offered as full-time or part-time with starting pay up to $15 per hour, plus benefits such as 401(k), employee discount, flexible schedule, health insurance, holiday pay, and reimbursements for gas and phone data usage.
