Five Guys is hiring Shift Leaders for a year-round full-time or part-time role at an unspecified location. The position pays $15–$22 per hour in an all-in average and requires open availability, including weekends, mornings, and closing shifts. The Shift Leader works every restaurant station, leads the crew, runs pre-shift huddles, performs quality control, trains new hires, opens or closes the store, and communicates with Shift Managers and the General Manager.
