Description
The Shift Leader will be trained across all restaurant operations and lead a team in a fast-paced, clean, cook-to-order environment. Responsibilities include cooking, cleaning, guest interaction, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires applicants to be at least 18, have a high school diploma or some post-high school education, and have 1–2 years of leadership experience. Compensation includes a base wage of $15–$17.50 per hour, tips, weekly bonuses, and an average additional $1.50–$3 per hour.
