Description
The Shift Leader will be trained across all restaurant positions and lead a team in a fast-paced, clean, cook-to-order environment. Responsibilities include cooking, cleaning, guest interaction, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a minimum age of 18, a high school diploma or some post-high school education, and 1–2 years of previous leadership experience. Compensation includes a competitive base wage, tips, weekly bonuses, and an average additional $1.50–$3 per hour.
