Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Shift Leader to lead bakery operations during a shift, bake and package orders, provide guest service, coach and delegate Cookie Crew members, maintain food safety and cleanliness standards, manage cash and register accountability, and communicate with store leadership. The role requires at least one year of experience in a customer-focused environment, strong communication and problem-solving skills, availability during peak evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and the ability to obtain applicable food safety certifications.
