Description
Konvert is hiring a full-time shift leader for its waste-processing and recycling operations at Ghent Port. The role supervises sorting-line operations, supports waste separation and recycling targets, maintains work-area cleanliness, coordinates with sorters and the polyvalent employee, participates in safety and intervention activities, and reports touchscreen errors. The position requires Dutch and French, offers two full-time shifts, and includes in-house training and additional benefits.
