Description
The Shift Leader (Production Supervisor) will supervise the production process and shift team, guide the production line, perform basic maintenance and fault restoration, identify technical issues, and ensure the daily production schedule and workflow are maintained. The role is full-time with rotating shifts in Patra and requires a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, at least one year of relevant experience, leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a shift system.
