Description
Mister York is hiring a Shift Leader for its Stockholm Kungshallen restaurant. The role leads shifts and is responsible for the entire restaurant operation, including delegating tasks, reporting to the Manager, coaching employees, inspecting deliveries, purchasing goods, training new staff, monitoring procedures and checklists, and ensuring customer satisfaction, waiting times, cleanliness, and quality meet established KPIs and sales forecasts. The position is probationary, 50–100% scope, hourly paid, and involves variable day, evening, and weekend hours.
