MOKA is hiring a part-time Shift Leader to oversee coffee-shop operations, delegate tasks, adjust staffing, mentor and train baristas, maintain beverage and customer-service quality, manage inventory, complete shift reports, and keep the shop safe and welcoming. The role requires at least one year of industry experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and availability for at least 20 hours per week. Compensation is $13.50–$16.00 per hour plus tips, with healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, shift drinks, and product discounts listed as benefits.
