The Shift Leader will step in for the store leadership team and take responsibility for the safe, legal, and effective operation of the store. The role involves leading and supporting colleagues, improving the customer experience, managing security systems, handling emergencies and enforcement visits, maintaining operational standards, and controlling waste and stock loss.
