Description
The Shift Leader supervises shifts and work areas in a Papa John’s restaurant, overseeing product quality, customer service, safety, compliance, shift coverage, cash management, inventory, and profitability. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and food-service certification are preferred, previous restaurant shift-lead experience is preferred, and the employee must be at least 18, able to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies, and able to perform all restaurant duties.
