The Shift Leader will be an extension of management, responsible for delegating tasks, managing opening and closing shifts, handling customer issues, managing inventory, and ensuring all tasks are completed according to company standards. The ideal candidate is a positive, enthusiastic individual over 18 with a passion for healthy food and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
