Playa Bowls is hiring a Shift Leader for its Robbinsville, New Jersey location to lead team members during shifts, deliver customer service, coach and motivate employees, prepare açaí bowls and other menu items, maintain food safety and cleanliness, and keep store operations running efficiently. The role requires an outgoing, organized, dependable, and fast-paced work style, with evening and weekend availability; food service experience is preferred but leadership experience is also accepted.
