Playa Bowls is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee fast-casual restaurant operations in the absence of a manager. The role includes monitoring food quality, delegating tasks, leading opening and closing shifts, handling customer refunds and concerns, tracking inventory, reconciling registers and deposits, communicating with management, and modeling company standards. The position requires availability for five shifts per week, at least 30 hours weekly, weekend availability, and completion of the required food safety certification within three months of employment.
