Description
The Shift Leader will oversee daily production-floor operations, lead and coach operators, monitor quality, safety, and output, adjust processes, analyze results, collaborate with planning, maintenance, and quality, and train new employees. The role is 100% on-site in a two-shift system at the Oelegem production site, requires production and leadership experience, fluent Dutch, and offers a gross monthly salary of €4,316–€6,629 plus meal vouchers, a 12% shift premium, insurance, and career development opportunities.
