Tesco is hiring a part-time, temporary Shift Leader for its Eastleigh store. The role leads the team and delivers a great customer experience, works across all store areas, supports colleagues, coaches staff, and can lead the store in the manager’s absence. Candidates must be over 18 and have experience in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires at least 16 hours per week, with some 12-hour roles available, and pays from £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores.
