As a Shift Leader, you will ensure timely, quality, and hygiene-compliant production, lead your team safely through all manufacturing steps, and continuously optimize processes. Your department is responsible for filling tablets and capsules in bottles, jars, and blister packs. Key tasks include coordinating smooth production flow, ensuring adherence to production plans, acting as the main contact for shift personnel, managing shift handovers, upholding quality standards, and preparing production orders.
