The role supports the team in production, sales, and restaurant management and serves as an entry point into McDonald’s management, with opportunities to develop into a Restaurant Manager. Candidates should enjoy leading, communicate clearly, be willing to work hands-on, demonstrate responsibility and commitment, and have completed vocational training in business administration or hospitality; experience in the system restaurant industry is preferred.
