Description
The Shift Leader will oversee daily operations at GYG Gregory Hills, lead and motivate a team of associates, schedule staff, manage resources and inventory, maintain safety and compliance standards, resolve employee and customer issues, train new team members, analyze shift performance, and prepare shift reports. The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory or shift leadership experience, strong communication and decision-making skills, knowledge of operational procedures and safety compliance, and availability for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
