KFC is hiring a Shift Leader to lead a team of approximately 7 to 25 employees on the restaurant floor, coordinate opening and closing shifts, monitor guest service and team performance, support management, and train and coach team members. The role requires strong leadership, communication, guest-experience and sales improvement, and knowledge of profit and loss, cost management, and HR processes.
