ID Logistics is hiring a Shift Leader Logistics for its new logistics center in Alsdorf, Greater Aachen. The role supervises operational departments, supports day-to-day operations, monitors KPIs, coordinates departments, sets shift objectives, schedules employees, manages vacation requests, plans training, audits and improves processes, ensures HSE compliance, and serves as an escalation point for management and shift leadership. Candidates need vocational training in logistics, leadership experience, several years of warehousing experience, WMS experience, strong German skills, and knowledge of MS Office.
