Blue Origin is hiring a Shift Leader for Manufacturing Operations and Assembly in Florida. The role leads technicians across aerospace fabrication and processing activities, including machining, cable harnesses, tubes, welding, surface coating, precision cleaning, structural assembly, drilling, fixturing, alignment, and installation. The leader is responsible for safe and high-quality production execution, schedule attainment, workforce development, troubleshooting, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, production metrics, cross-functional coordination, and support for new product introduction and production readiness. The position requires at least 5 years of aerospace or related manufacturing experience and 2 years leading production teams or shift operations.
