Description
The role is a production-floor leadership position responsible for safety, attendance, staffing, training, quality, material management, work orders, batch reviews, employee relations, root-cause investigations, and coordination with Quality, Maintenance, and other support functions. The position requires 100% time on the production floor except for necessary meetings or performance conversations and requires a degree-level qualification or equivalent education and experience. The primary work location is Canaan, Connecticut, United States.
