Description
The Shift Leader Trainee is hired and trained to become a Shift Leader, typically within 90 days. The role serves as Manager on Duty in training, opens and closes the store, provides guest service, processes transactions, handles cash and reconciliation, trains and directs sales associates, maintains store cleanliness and safety, handles deliveries and merchandising, and performs other assigned tasks. The position requires onsite attendance, flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, and physical work involving extended standing, lifting, and moving between store areas.
