Description
Ecolab is hiring a Shift Maintenance Engineer for its Baglan Plant, reporting to the plant Reliability Manager. The role maintains and repairs equipment in a GMP cleanroom manufacturing facility, addresses breakdowns, completes preventive maintenance, manages workloads through a CMMS, supports production and quality targets, participates in TPM activities, and manages small installation projects. The position requires an accredited apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, strong electrical and mechanical principles, and at least 10 years of experience; rotation shifts are offered, and no immigration sponsorship is available.
