T&G Global is hiring a Shift Maintenance Engineer in Hastings to maintain and improve packhouse equipment, perform preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnose mechanical faults, support maintenance planning and CMMS records, and contribute to reliability and safety initiatives. The role operates on a rotating roster during the 36-week packing season and requires a recognised engineering trade qualification, at least four years of production machinery maintenance experience, fault-finding and root-cause analysis skills, and shift flexibility. The position is permanent and full-time, with no visa sponsorship.
