UPS is hiring a permanent Maintenance Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated sortation systems, conveyors, and facility equipment. The role covers preventive and reactive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, PLC and motor-control diagnostics, hydraulics and pneumatics, equipment installation, service records, and safety procedures. Candidates need at least a Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification, industrial maintenance experience, schematic-reading ability, and strong problem-solving skills; PLC, motor-control, network, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge is beneficial.
