The role supervises a shift maintenance team in a modern automated machine park, supports spare-parts inventory and new investment projects, analyzes maintenance KPIs, participates in preventive maintenance for steel production lines, troubleshoots production disruptions, maintains technical documentation, and assists with new technical solutions. Candidates need secondary technical education or a university diploma in mechanical engineering, machine construction, mechatronics, or a related field, along with manual skills, a technical mindset, and Polish communication skills.
