Mars Petcare is hiring a Maintenance Shift Technician for its Columbus, Ohio petfood manufacturing site. The role responds to unplanned work orders, troubleshoots and repairs electrical, mechanical, control, and other equipment during production and downtime, performs preventive maintenance, communicates recurring issues, trains associates, and supports overtime and staffing needs. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; it offers a rotating 4X7 schedule, starting pay of $36.52 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium, and medical, vision, and dental benefits starting day one.
