Five Guys is hiring a Shift Manager to perform Crew Member and Shift Leader duties while directing restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence. The role covers product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other assigned duties. The position pays $20.00 per hour plus tips and bonus, offers medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, and prefers 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
