Ferguson is hiring an immediate Shift Manager for its Upper Marlboro Distribution Center. The role leads a 6:00 AM–4:30 PM first-shift team of salaried and hourly associates, overseeing workload planning, production, safety, regulatory compliance, receiving, shipping, replenishment, trailer loading, staffing, performance, continuous improvement, and manager development. The position requires at least five years of supply chain distribution management experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, WMS and LMS experience strongly preferred, and availability for extended hours as needed. The stated pay range is $4,743.90–$10,436.80, with the role eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.
