Home Chef is hiring a Shift Manager for a 1st-shift food-production role running from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with designated Tuesday and Wednesday days off. The role plans and executes shift production, coordinates with supervisors, FSQA, and warehouse, manages performance and staffing, enforces safety and food-safety standards, and leads continuous-improvement activities. The position requires a related four-year degree or equivalent operations experience, at least three years of managerial leadership experience, cross-functional experience, strong KPI and people-leadership skills, and familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and GMP programs. The Illinois base salary range is $83,000 to $93,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, and flexible spending account benefits.
