InPost is hiring an AM Shift Manager for its Wednesbury Sort Centre in Willenhall. The role manages warehouse operations, leads and develops staff, plans rosters and leave, monitors sorting and productivity targets, ensures safe and compliant operations, and provides handover information to the next shift. It runs Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:30 for 40 hours per week and pays £36,396 per annum. Candidates need at least one year of distribution or logistics experience, people-management experience, KPI improvement experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
