Description
The Shift Manager leads shift operations at a delivery station, prioritizing workplace safety and productivity while supervising 15–30 Associates. The role manages inbound, sort, dispatch, delivery cycles, labor allocation, route capacity, quality standards, incident response, coaching, onboarding, data analysis, and operational improvements. It requires a high school diploma, at least one year of leadership experience in retail, distribution, or a similar environment, rotating night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
