Clearfork Academy is hiring a Shift Manager to lead and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and daily milieu operations in a behavioral health treatment environment for adolescents and young adults. The role manages staffing, scheduling, coverage, payroll hours, client transportation, safety, programming, staff development, and operational improvements while maintaining a safe and structured environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while 1–3 years of relevant behavioral health or direct-care experience, supervisory experience, and several certifications are preferred or required upon hire.
