Description
The Shift Manager oversees Heavy Maintenance Visits, modifications, and line operations for aircraft maintenance, coordinating work between shifts and ensuring safe, high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The role leads Project Managers and Leads, coaches direct reports, enforces safety and regulatory compliance, supports production planning and training, and manages customer communications. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a current Airframe and Powerplant mechanic certificate held for at least five years, at least five years of diversified large-aircraft maintenance experience, at least three years of supervisory experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, and a 10-hour rotating shift schedule.
