Description
IPS is hiring a Shift Manager for its Bristol co-packing and co-manufacturing site, responsible for the day shift from 06:00 to 14:00. The role manages production lines and Line Leaders, plans and monitors output, oversees changeovers, trials, quality and GMP compliance, safety and risk assessments, waste, continuous improvement, and staff development. It requires an H&S L2 qualification and an NVQ L2 in Team Leading or Packing Operations; NVQ L3, First Aid, and Fire Marshall qualifications are desirable. The position may require covering other shifts and includes private medical cover, pension contributions, and other benefits.
