The Shift Manager (Operations Supervisor) manages goods receiving, inventory and stocktaking, and the preparation and handover of incoming orders to couriers. The role requires physical work for 8–9 hours, basic computer skills, strong stamina, communication, precision, independence, responsibility, and problem-solving. Commercial or hospitality experience is advantageous, as is HACCP certification.
